Who we are

PADELISH ("we", "us") operates the padel club in Grays, Essex, and this website. For anything related to your personal data, contact us at hello@padelish.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Pre-registration form: your name, email address, playing level, how often you'd play, and a record of your marketing consent (with a timestamp). We use this to email you about our opening, early-access booking and founding-member offers. This data is stored in our email marketing platform (Mailchimp).
• Contact form / email: whatever you choose to send us, used only to reply to you.
• Court bookings: bookings are handled by Playtomic, who act as their own data controller — see Playtomic's privacy policy when booking.

Legal basis & your rights (UK GDPR)

We send marketing emails only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us. You have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, and to complain to the ICO (ico.org.uk).

How long we keep it

Pre-registration details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or for up to 24 months of inactivity — whichever comes first.

Cookies & tracking

This site currently sets no tracking cookies of its own. Embedded services may set their own: Google Maps (on our location map) and Google Fonts. If we run advertising campaigns, a Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Pixel may be enabled on our pre-registration page to measure sign-ups from ads; we will update this page when that is active.

Sharing

We never sell your data. It is only shared with the service providers named above, strictly to operate this site and our communications.
